DESKRIPSI

Manajemen Logistik termasuk masalah yang cukup unik dan kompleks karena merupakan salah satu aktivitas perusahaan yang sudah cukup lama dijalankan bahkan mungkin seusia perusahaan itu sendiri. Karena masalah logistik berkaitan dengan efektifitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan perusahaan, maka pengelolaannya haruslah dilakukan secara profesional.

Kesadaran akan pentingnya profesionalisme dalam manajemen logistik ini juga dipicu oleh tuntutan efektifitas pelayanan pelanggan yang dalam persaingan bisnis global sekarang ini menjadi segala-galanya bagi perusahaan.
